2 Students who have applied to a degree or certificate program can be certified for a maximum of 2 semesters, while their application is being processed.

University College does not certify veterans for advanced payment; they must first register for courses. Specific questions about eligibility for VA benefits should be directed to the Veterans Administration's tuition benefits website or telephone toll-free 1-888-442-4551.

University College participates in the Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program, established in 2008.  Those that qualify for the Yellow Ribbon benefits can attend University College fulltime with no out-of-pocket expenses for tuition and mandatory fees.  Courses taken outside of University Colege or Arts and Sciences require additional approvals.
