1. A completed Summer Scholars Program application, including brief essay questions. Its eight pages include an Application, an Application for Financial Assistance, a Teacher Recommendation Form, and a High School Guidance Counselor Recommendation Form.
2. The recommendation from your teacher in a sealed envelope.
3. The recommendation from your high school guidance counselor or principal in a sealed envelope.
4. Your official high school transcript, including standardized test scores (PSAT, SAT, PLAN, ACT) in sealed envelope.
5. Your Application for Financial Assistance with supporting documentation (if you are applying for financial aid).
6. Application fee of $70 if you are an international student.
